Clients and Pro-Bono

A little bit of history:

During our first few years of operation our growth surpassed 3000% in revenues and we grew our consultancy and education team to several hundred professional personnel. We cemented our place as a leading global organization with an unwavering commitment to help our clients to help themselves. Our awards and accolades have come steadily.

During the period 2020-2022 we refocused our structure within our three core business streams so that we could sustain the highest quality outcomes for our clients whilst still providing strategically-focused services, all while remaining true to our unique intent. In so doing we removed several hundred subcontracted consultancy personnel, reduced to core staff capacity across our three business streams, and voluntarily withdrew from the DMP and NSW Panels.

Current business operations:

Serenidad Consulting Pty Ltd (in Australia) expects to remain a member of the Defence Industry Security Program (DISP) and supplier to Defence until the expected expiry of the DSS Panel in late April 2025.

We continue to deliver a consistent Serenidad Consulting® approach to all consulting assignments, educational events and peace negotiation activities, applying our foundation principles at every level, and remain committed to supporting global clients by virtual and on-site means.

Our founder, Nola Hennessy, continues to provide pro-bono support to both private and community clients in real need.
